Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Rishikesh – Sari Village - Deoriatal (196kms Drive + 2.5kms Trek)
Morning drive to Sari village that will take approx. 7 – 8hrs with the lunch on the way then reaching at Sari, start your wonderful short trek of 2.5kms to Deoriatal (Lake) then enjoy the place and take overnight stay near the lake at Camps or available facilities.
Deoriatal is a lake situated around 2.5 km on an uphill at an altitude around 2438 mtrs on the Ukhimath - Chopta road, This surrounding is a beautiful and bless of god to make our earth heaven with heavily woody, lush green surroundings and snowy mountains layer of Chaukhamba peak. In the early morning on a clear day, traveller can see the reflections of the Chaukhamba peak on crystal clear water of Deoriatal Lake. The snow covered Himalayan views with beautiful bird’s drinking water of the lake and peaceful environment can cause you to forget all worries of life.
Day 2: Deoriatal – Chopta - Chandrashilla – Chopta (2.5kms Trek down + 26Kms Drive - 6kms trek Each side)
After having a Breakfast trek down to Sari and then catch the cab to drive around 26kms to next halt Chopta. Arriving on Chopta get you stay for check-in and then take the packed lunch and begin your trek to Chandrashila, Enroute visit Tungnath temple and realize many breath-taking and beautiful mountains like Kedar, Chaukhamba. During this region, you may also see many rare species of eagles. At Tungnath temple have your packed lunch and then proceed further trek to Chandrashila. Reaching at this top of Chandrashila enjoy real heaven on earth with 360°views. Spend some memorable time here and later down back to Chopta have your dinner and overnight stay at camp/guesthouse.
Chopta is a village surrounded by imposing forest, natural huge meadows and panoramic views of the snow clad Himalayas, Chopta is located at an elevation of 2,680
Tungnath is the temple of Lord Shiva situated in the middle of the way to Chopta and Chandrashila at an altitude of 3,680 m (12,073 ft), and just below the peak of Chandrashila. The Temple is thousand years old got its name by Tunganath Mountain and known as one of the Panch Kedar temples of Lord Shiva holds a legend that linked to the Pandavas, heroes of the Mahabharata epic.
Chandrashila is truly a “Moon Rock” situated at an altitude of 4000 meters and brings a spectacular view of the Great Himalayan chain together with the famous peaks of Nandadevi, Trisul, Kedar Peak, Bandarpunch and Chaukhamba Peaks. During your trek, you can see many animals and birds. This place also known as the 'Mini Switzerland of India'.
Day 3: Chopta - Kanakchouri – Kartik Swami - Kanakchouri (74kms Drive + 3Km Trek Each side)
After having a Breakfast get the cab and drive around 3 hours to Kanakchouri then check into the Guest house/Camp/homestay and have lunch later proceed to the 3Kms trek to Kartik Swami Temple, after spending a sufficient time trek back and have dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Kanakchouri to Rishikesh (175kms Drive)
After having a Breakfast get the cab back to the Rishikesh it takes around 6 to 7hours, enroute having Lunch and sightseeing to Devprayag, Vashist Cave then drop to Hotel at Rishikesh/Haridwar Train Station or Dehradun Airport then tour terminate.

Trekking fee:
The fees are often paid by online transfer/check deposit/ demand draft. Instructions for payment are going to be forwarded along with your confirmation email. Once your transfer is completed, please e-mail us a confirmation mail together with your transfer details, so we will follow up your reservation with efficiency.
When to book:
It is wise to make your booking a minimum of 2 months before. However, if you would like a decent deal on your domestic/international flight, we suggest organizing your trip at least 5 months before. (Please contact us if you need a late booking)In the event of cancellation of trek/adventure activity services because of any evitable / inevitable reasons we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges are going to be effective from the date we receive a recommendation in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows: -
